Overnight booking not delivered due to driver negligence

Booked parcel overnight What happened to parcels that are collected in am, is still delivered in pm. Going from Midrand to Benoni. I pay for overnight, yet 5pm the next day it's still not delivered as TCG loaded only 1 of the 2 parcels in vehicle. I am a Bobshop and Amazon seller. And you making me look pathetic. No one is at home at receiver's house after Sunday. That's why I booked overnight. I need this delivered before 3pm Saturday 7 Dec!!!!!!!! Waybill number XHDXWJ
