Overcharging on Parcels and Deducting Money without Prior Notification

I’ve had the worst experience with The Courier Guy. They consistently overcharge on parcels and even deduct money from my account without any prior notification or explanation. To make matters worse, their support team is extremely slow and unresponsive, leaving me frustrated and without solutions for days.

I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and transparent courier solutions. Very disappointing!
