Overcharging

I forgot my hand luggage case in Stellenbosch when I was visiting my Daughter. She went to Coerier Guy and they gave her a price of R670 for " Overnight " delivery. I was prepared to pay it because my chronic medication is in the case. It's now 3days later and still no case!! I would like an apology and a refund!! Pathetic service!!
