OVERCHARGING AND EMPTY PROMISES

OVERCHARING AND EMPTY PROMISES! So, to anyone that might consider sending a fly bag with The Courier Guy. It is NOT the rate advertised. The cost, ALL depends, on HOW the flyer is at some point being put down on their new measuring system. This make it possible that a R105 flyer, suddenly gets charged at R165, because the flyer have grown to measure larger than what the flyer is actually big. 43,8cm wide, where an empty back, ONLY measures just under 38cm wide. The actual content of what was in the flyer, had a volumetric weight of under 0.3kg. yet, with how the parcel had been put down and the flyer grown to bigger than its normal dimensions, where charged at 6kg volumetric weight.

Received ONLY A PARTIAL refund. 2 other parcels that were also overcharged due to the same problem, I received NO REFUND!!!!!
