Overcharged for service

They are overcharging. For a parcel of 5kg I was charged close to R800 and when I requested it to be returned from Joburg I was told that cannot happen. Instead I will receive the lawyers letter.

I don't think this is the best courier service to use They rob clients and not willing to negotiate.
