Over Promise and Under Deliver

I have previously sent parcels from Pretoria to Durban, and they were delivered the next day (Locker to Locker). I thought this was great and intended to use the service again. However, this time I needed to send a parcel from Johannesburg to Pretoria, and I assumed it wouldn't take longer than a day. To my surprise, I learned that it takes 1 to 4 working days. This information wasn't mentioned when I booked the service. If I had known about the longer delivery time, I would have chosen a different service. I really need the parcel today as it is for my daughter's birthday party.
