"Over Night Services" could take 2-3 days?!!

When you pay for an OVER NIGHT SERVICE delivery from The Courier Guy and their attitude is "maybe you will get it tomorrow!!!"

I Called at 12:00 to query an update on my order (TCG ********** 6), which was booked in for collection in Randburg before 14:00 yesterday and was paid for an Overnight Service to be delivered in Cape Town today. Somehow wasn't loaded, no one is able to assist or escalate - yet you request and pay for specific services!

No Manager is ever available to escalate queries to - Welcome to the Standard of Degraded Courier Services! ?

Still waiting for a returned call.....
