Over Night = 1 WEEK

Paid for overnight shipping , was even charged extra due the parcel being "over" weight . This was on the 27th Of October. I still have not received my item and the help desk says I "should " Get it on the 2nd Of Novmember How can you run an operation that charges overnight rates and then takes a week to deliver
