**** 'OUT FOR DELIVERY"

I have more than 5 orders where I've had the worst experience with this courier company. Firstly it was from 3 orders from Makro, Coffee beans Africa then The wig factory. I don't know why these companies are using the courier guy because they can't deliver. They send messages saying the parcel is out for delivery and indeed when you track it shows that its " out for delivery" . same day around 4 when you track it says "could not be delivered / returned to hub". That process goes on for 4 / 5 times(days) before your order can be delivered. What's worse for me is that they deliver my parcel at a police station located 10 km from where I stay claiming people rob them so I must collect. I stay in a security estate no courier company was ******. Why take orders with addresses you cant deliver at? This company is greedy and selfish. We pay full delivery fee only to find out you must drive 10 km to collect your parcel. My latest encounter : the wig factory (LOCK***3) Today was my third day of receiving "out for delivery message but still no call, no delivery or even explanation. I want my order. I cannot wait for 10 days for a parcel from JHB when I'm in Pretoria, an hour away
