Order not delivered

Today the courier guy called telling me he's by my gate, when I try to call someone to come and collect it he left and he was very Rude on the call he dint give a chance to make arrangements. He left with my order and close my ORDER on the website without receiving it nd when I call him he told me to meet him at some mall to get my order I told him won't do that I want my order today nd even the way he Hooted by my gate it was not professional ...so I'm definitely not happy about this guys even on the road they don't drive nicely so they are so RUDE ....😏😡
