Order never arrived

My name is Joy Hlongwane, I bought clothes at legit online on the 11th of May on the 13th I received an email from legit that my order is out for dispatch and on the 14th I received a WhatsApp from The Courier Guy stating that my order is on the way they will send me a pin to confirm my order

On Friday the 16th of May I tracked my order on their app mg order way delivered to someone with a different name ,surname ,address and phone number

When I emailed them they said there is nothing they can do

Please help me
