Order from JHB to PTA takes 3 days and on day of delivery driver gives a excuse

What horrible service a package from Germiston to Pretoria can be delivered same day but i was told over night waited all weekend.... come today waited all day for my parcel just to call and be told the driver left a note and said nobody at home and client never answered his phone mind you i have my phone on me all day, they cost me clients as im a tattoo artist, call in after a hour of waiting for either the area manager or manager to answer the phone it gets dropped in my ear.... such horrible no worry about client service i mean now really you guys get paid like me to do a job live up to it.
