Opened parcel and damaged goods

I had my brides**** boxes delivered from Welkom to Brits and when i opened my parcel, they not only opened one of the boxes, but also scratched the mugs to a point where i had to replace them with something else because they were custom mugs and they were chipped. Horrible courier service honestly.
