Opened my package in an unacceptable manner!!!

They opened a gift that we sent to a mother and father of a new born baby . The box included clothes, medicine and cream generally used for babies.. all the medicine boxes were torn open and the cream was also opened and then not closed again properly. So when the package were in transit, the cream container opened and leaked out onto everything. I understand that we live in a world where drugs get trafficed, but if you need to open a package to check for drugs or something suspicious, just do it properly, and then put everything back properly, because the way this was done, is just unacceptable.
