Open parcels delivererd

The Courier Guy is an excellent Courier service which I am using almost on weekly basis for many years now. What is worrisome is that I received two parcels in the past three weeks that was open. The tape on top of the boxes were teared so much that you could see the inside contents of the boxes without even touching the boxes.
