Online app hopeless

trying to get a quote for a small parcel from east london to east london their online app hopeless and wont allow me to put in sizes despite trying all day spoke to customer service i get told to take it to the nearest portal, I dont have transport at the moment and thats why i want it picked up from stirling east london and delivered to cove rock its only a small package but no one will give me an estimate wasted all morning trying to get this sorted as it urgent so now what??
