One word. USELESS!! Swopping parcel and not caring

They Swopped my parcels around 3 times in 2 months. Sending Kimberley parcels to Pietermaritzburg and PMB parcels to Bloemfontein, And Capetown parcels to Pretoria. All originating from Gauteng. Evertime you phone you talk to the same people as they would not transfer you to the higher management, and then they say send an email and we will respond but this takes up to a week.

Problem is we are in the parts industry and customers does not have time to wait a week to fix there cars. Not just inconvenient for us, but to everybody.

Would not Refer anyone to then. They have absolute no customer service.
