One week for an overnight delivery

Worst service ever. One week for an overnight parcel due to untrained staff. My parcel kept being sent to the incorrect branch for delivery, then would be returned to the correct branch, only to have it sent back to the incorrect branch again. This is the THIRD parcel they have done this to (same receiver), and this last parcel was sent backwards and forwards THREE times. This is beyond ridiculous. Please train your staff properly so that they know which pile to allocate parcels to. Otherwise, maybe consider putting up signs by each pile, to let the workers know which pile each area goes into. You are definitely not getting the top courier award for 2022.
