One Piece of 2 Pice Order Delivered - Can't Get Any Assistance To Rectify

Terrible! I received one parcel of a two piece order. I have told the driver the order is not complete, he asked me to call the supplier which I did, while on the call the driver left. The supplier confirms they gave two boxes. It is written on the bow that it is 1 of 2. I have tried to get hold of Courier Guy to no avail and the Whatsapp option does not work. I have repeated this to 3 different people and I have no feedback. Wow this is frustrating, and the only option I have to voice the issue is Hello Peter!
