ONCE BEATEN THRICE SHY with COURIER GUY - 0/5 rating

Parcel dropped at 9h28 (Monday, 1st dec 2025) for overnight courier from Durban to Gauteng (Dun******) which left KZN same day at 20h18 and arrived in GP at 3h29 (2nd Dec). This parcel was out for delivery at 7h10 (2nd Dec) to be done by 17h00 same day. To my shock at 16h44 (2nd Dec) the status changed to IN TRANSIT as if the parcel was back in KZN to GP. The new status at 20h18 (2nd Dec) read RETURNED TO HUB. WOW!!

Parcel never delivered and recepient had to get someone to wait all day for this Dun****** OVERNIGHT COURIER which never arrived.

Another stuff up courier guy has done for an overnight of mine was this past October, This was also an OVERNIGHT COURIER to East London was delivered almost a week later after I had instructed them to return the parcel since they failed at providing the service I had required and paid for. The culprit who I suppose had to deliver this parcel kept on calling the previous recepient insisting to come even when it should have been returned to Durban. Pathetic.

Right now I PAID for OVERNIGHT service two days ago which did not happen to now. This morning (3rd Dec) I went to the kiosk to query and I was told there was an error blah blah blah and a ticket has been issued to rectify the error.

Bottom line, my parcel has NOT BEEN DELIVERED!!!

After October stuff-up I thought let me give them one more try but clearly my details maybe are flagged somehow to ALWAYS MAKE SURE any of my couriers never gets appropriate service by them. I have used their service a lot they have my details on the system. It is not my loss but theirs.

Maybe they will deliver this parcel this week, who knows.
