Ombud complain - extreme bad service

I literally have to call head office so i can get through to their PMB office. I called the headoffice 6 times with no assistance. When i got through their office a man answered the phone and said what do i want and hung up. Is this the quality of courier guy? Is this the service they offer? I will be taking this up with the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud because this is not what we pay for. This branch will be reviewed!
