Not willing to arrange later delivery for 16H00.

Un happy with their service. Firstly, they never called to check if anyone is home before delivery on the my order. Secod part of my order is to be delivered today 03.02.2025 with Shipment Reference: MMLD-***. When I call the company to arrange delivery for 16H00 as there is no one at home today, they tell me that is not possible. and they insist that I stick to my phone as they will priorotise this delivery today, but there is no one at home. No accomodating. There is no one home during the week, only home after 16H00.
