Not used to this service from Courier Guy

I sent a parcel from Modimolle to Madikwe. It arrived in Rustenburg in time for Tuesday delivery. It was not delivered saying they need an alternative address. But other parcels by The Courier Guy was delivered. Now they want an alternative Tel nr and say they cannot get hold of the person, however everytime I call, the lady picks up on the 3rd ring... It is now the second Tuesday that the parcel is not delivered. I have spoken to several people in this regard including Francisca at Head Office. To no avail.
