As an account holder of courier guy for my dress rental business, I am EXTREMELY unhappy.

I booked a parcel from Pretoria to Wilderness under the ECO service for R213. Without any communication or any notes logged on my shipment, Courier Guy charged an additional R525 on my account, again, with no communication or notes logged on the shipment. When I contacted Courier Guy, they first said that it was not booked under ECO but it was booked under Overnight. I sent them the proof of the original booking where it shows the ECO price of R213 but Courier Guy changed the service type to Overnight. Then they said it was due to the parcel being slightly larger in dimensions than what was logged. How do you explain a R525 extra charge on a parcel that is 900g heavier than logged? And why is it changed to overnight from eco? I have no problem paying a little more if the original dimensions and weight of the parcel wasn't exact, but R525? How are you allowed to also change the service type from Eco to Overnight? I need my account credited or I am moving my business elsewhere.
