Not taking accountability

I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing issue regarding my parcel delivery. For the past week, my parcel has been moving back and forth between Johannesburg and Polokwane without being delivered to the correct location.

I have spoken to two different consultants, the last one I spoke to was Cathy from Polokwane and clearly informed them that the parcel is meant to be delivered to Johannesburg, not Polokwane. Despite my repeated efforts and clear communication, I was shocked to check the tracking information again and see that the parcel is scheduled to return to Polokwane on Monday.

This is completely unacceptable. I emphasized my concerns and the urgency of the matter during both calls, but nothing has been done to correct the route. It feels like I'm being ignored and that no real effort is being made to resolve this issue.

I expect immediate action to ensure that my parcel is redirected correctly and delivered to Johannesburg without any further delays. I would also appreciate proper feedback and follow-up from a responsible team member who can take accountability and ensure this matter is resolved.
