Not suitable for small businesses.

The Courier Guy have been messing me around for the past 3+ years I've been a regular client of theirs. They make it impossible for me to do accurate budget forecasts for my small business, because they constantly change the pricing after the courier has been booked, even when my dimensions and weights are correct. They also take my money when I pay extra and in the right time for a same day delivery of perishables, but then they don't get it done and offer no explanation. The call centre and email help desk is unfriendly, unhelpful and just plain rude at times. I am looking for a new service provider because I have had enough!
