Not safe

Shocking experience. Wanted to drop a parcel and when entered pin another door opened with a parcel in !!Do not feel safe to use your service and luckily could stop before I sent.

When contacting support was told:Please note it is due to syncing times and the management team with the development team is currently working on the issue.

This is not ok - do not recommend at all !!
