Not Recommended!

Courier Guy has disappointed me various times, but the one I am most unhappy about is the latest one. I had booked a collection on Monday ( 30 November 2020 ) for Durban, but this morning ( Wednesday - 2 December 2020 ) my client phoned me and let me know that Courier Guy has not been there. When I asked about this, I received no reply. Not the driver or the Courier Guy ever phoned me and informed this. In this same week and date, they take decisions on my behalf. I had arranged a collection for Cape Town, when I followed up the following day, they just said that the collecter said it was not ready, but I had specifically arranged for pick up. Their overnight is not overnight - it takes 2 DAYS. Why would one chose overnight at a more expensive rate and still receive it at the same time as Economy? I would rather suggest using Globeflight as their prices are better and their service is much better. Not only that, but at least Globeflight will answer the phone when you are calling. Courier Guy will never see me or my business again.
