Not performing as promised, delivery not on time

The Courier Guy's service has deteriorate drastically the last 2 times I have been using them. Last week a parcel from cape town to SECUNDA were waiting for 4 days without any movement and only delivered 7 days after despatch. On Monday I handed in a parcel at Secunda, asking when will it reach Cape Town, they promised me it will be delivered today. Well that did not happen, the parcel has not moved for the last 2 days. This is ridiculous and is happening more often lately. Other users of courier guy has also been complaining about the quality of their service lately. Last week a parcel from Boksburg to Secunda took almost 8 days to reach its destination according to one of my clients. We have to pay upfront and full price for sending parcels and they do not keep their side of the promise. I am strongly considering closing my account and move to another courier company who are more efficient.
