Not impressed

In the past, Courier Guy has always provided exceptional service. Whilst I may not hold an account directly, the people who I purchase from list Courier Guy as an option to use, which I do. A new system was put in place sending a pin number to the person receiving. The request was the pin get issued to the driver to prove correct delivery. What use is the pin if the driver reissues a telephone number and then supplies a pin to someone else.....which happened yesterday. Then upon sending a query, I get a response of ....check with this person who signed? Oh well, I guess the added security of the pin number is useless. In addition anyone reading this now knows that the person delivering can amend contact details and issue new pin.....so not so great security.
