Not happy with the service i got from Pudo

A suster sent me parcel on the 25th November 2023 It has been a week now .itried calling Pudo to let me know where the parcel is at the moment so i csn fetch it since i wsnted to use the items today They kept on telling me that the parcel will be delivered instead of telling me where it is so that i can fetch it since they failed me
