Not happy with Pudo Service.

ZERO out of five!!!!

Second time I am struggling with Pudo!

Emailed Pudo this morning, send parcel out on Friday morning and this morning still showed "In transit"

Respond from Pudo: Please note that both shows delivered but both the pin codes was not send we will have to send the driver back to the locker.

13:58 still show "In transit" and my client did not receive a pin yet! It is bad for my business and not for Pudo.
