Not Happy

I booked a door to door pudo friday 4 April, I listed all my packages and the weight on the app. When the collection guy arrived he refused to load let our packages rain wet came up with excuses we had to load almost everything ourselves. Tuesday the 8th I enquired because the packages where still at the hub it arrived on the 9th at the rustenburg hub delivery was assigned today still not out for delivery they say only tomorrow so tomorrow its a week and I am hoping for delivery and the package cost is almost R8000.
