Not happy at all!

I am writing to formally raise a consumer complaint regarding The Courier Guy. I recently purchased furniture from Woza Furniture, and to date, I have not received my delivery.

Date of purchase: 1 April 2026 Product/Service: Furniture from Woza Furniture Description of problem: I paid for a same-day delivery, but the furniture was not delivered. Despite multiple attempts to contact Woza Furniture via email regarding the missing delivery, I have not received any feedback or update on the status of my order.
