I must say that I find the service levels absolutely pathetic, 2 hours of emails going back and forth and I am no closer to opening a PUDO Account.

I have asked for someone to phone to assist me but that just seems to much trouble for the Courier Guy.

The advert on the radio says its so easy, well I beg to differ, this process is nothing but a hassle and it does not seem worth my while
