Not even sorry for ****ty service

My parcel got picked up in Jhb then it comes to Tzaneen Limpopo, from Jhb it went to Cape town a week later i get it and must still pay the full price for 3 times driving to the depo to find my parcel.6 working days late.!! and all they say is sorry (Battery for a laptop )my client not impressed .....
