Not Dependable Use Another Service

Unreliable. Working remotely my laptop broke and had to order a new one. (From Joberg to George). I paid extra for the overnight delivery. I received the unit one week later. No explanation, no apologies, no reimbur*****t, not even a discount. I paid full price for overnight delivery and they did not fulfil their obligation. This is a company that is not dependable. Are they just pooling resources and capitalizing on making profits by telling users it will be sent overnight?
