Not delivering a delivery

For months I have used Pudo and Courier Guy successfully. As of late, their good service has become a pain to deal with. Firstly, a Pudo packet went missing and did I not call their offices, the recipient would probably still not have known his parcel was left at a local Courier Guy desk and not placed in the destined Pudo box.

This week an overnight parcel to KRUGERSDORP ended up in KLERKSDORP. Again, if I did not call around and fought with people like a hooligan, that parcel would still be sitting in Klerksdorp. Overnight service my ****. It took them 2 days to get this sorted. And none of their customer services made an effort to call and apologise or even offered a refund for NOT delivering the overnight I had paid for.

Sadly, one poor experience ruins it and I for one, will not recommend you to others again, ever. There goes your NPS rating, if you bothered to even look at it.

Maybe you should relook your ad campaigns and get slapped yourselves by Leo Prinsloo. Maybe it will enable you to wake up and get some literacy too.
