Not able to do door to door agreement

How can a package be send with no address on it? Well that's what the ermelo branch told me that there's no shipping address. Now I want to know can I invoice "the courier guy" for my time and fuel to collect the package seeing that the door to door agreement isn't completed? It's a 100km round trip to collect the package.
