NONDELIVERY OF PACKAGE

I purchased dresses online and The Courier Guy driver called me asking for directions. I waited the whole day for him to arrive but did not. I called back the number he had called me from the following morning only to be told that he-the driver had been hijacked. I wondered how he would get hijacked but his cellphone was not taken?! I then called the warehouse and they relayed the same story. The problem is that they then updated saying I had received the parcel and they made a phone call to me confirming that I had received the package when I did not. This is totally misleading and may affect online sales because we will be too afraid to purchase. the inconvenience that comes with knowing you have an outfit on the way but it does not arrive and now you must fill in tedious forms to get your money back is just something else.
