non existent service

TheCourierGuySA service is in the dumps!! For the past 75 minutes trying to get someone to assist in finding my parcel, scheduled for same day delivery!!! Then at LONG last I speak to a person at HQ, hold for 15 minutes, just to be cut off!! No callback or answer now!!!!
