Non existent service

This companies service in East London must be the worst I have ever experienced. 5 phone call to their depot went unanswered as was 3 calls to the Chamberlain Rd kiosk. I then called “PUDO head office” who said they can’t help me because it’s an East London issue. They then gave me a number, ***, and said they will answer..guess what it went unanswered. PATHETIC
