NON-EXISTENT SERVICE

I received an SMS this morning to say my parcel is out for delivery. I've been home the WHOLE morning. I just checked on the tracking system what's happening and this is the message on The Courier Guy's website: FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT 10:45. This is not the first time I have had this experience with them.
