Non-existent Delivery Service

I received a message from The Courier Guy at 07:29 on a Saturday morning to say that my parcel was on it's way for delivery.

I sat and waited for them for the entire day - no message; no phone call; no delivery.

I am seriously NOT IMPRESSED!!!! I felt like I was being held prisoner in my own home - all for the sake of a delivery of toilet paper!!!
