Non Existent Customer Support

This is the second package I've had delivered in two works. And yes their services are the most efficient I've seen of any courier brand. But the customer service/ helpdesk support is 'literally' non-existent. Each time I tried to get a hold of Customer Support, there's absolute silence. No one picks up the phone, no one replies any any emails on their dedicated support email address.
