NON DELIVERY OF PARCEL. ONLY EXCUSES

Parcel dropped off on 31 August 2022, Now * September 2022 NO DELIVERY, the tracking info just give excuses all the time, They say nobody at address, what a load of *******, the people are there from 7am to 8 pm every single day. Then vehicle breakdown, running late cannot deliver was used a few times too. I do not think you are concerned about your customers, I told you that if the parcel was not delivered as promised by your office, I want a refund and my parcel but now you don't even want to answer your phone. SHAME ON YOU.... I will not recommend your services to anybody.
