Non Delivery of parcel

My parcel from street gym was received by courier company on the 27 of August. Days later they said they can't find the address I provided therefore I should provide an alternative one. Which I found odd cause the address is a university's address. Second one I provided is a TVET college address. Still no delivery, they said their driver couldn't get hold of me.....lies lies lies as my phone has been working perfectly. To date, my parcel had to be send back to the store as they still were unable to deliver. This is by far the most mediocre service I have ever come across. No communication, no efforts non what so ever to ensure that I receive my parcel. Take a few pointers from well established courier companies
