Non delivery

I received communication on 04 April 2025 that my package would be delivered on the day, on the same day the tracking system was updated with a note from the driver that said “not my area”, no communication was provided. I followed up on 07 April 2025 on their email support line and was told the package would be delivered on 08 April 2025, on 08 April the package is yet again not delivered, with no explanation or apology!
