Non-delivery by The Courier Guy

Charging courier fees to fetch from a supplier and deliver to the customer is what the Courier Guy advertises it does. However, The Courier Guy charges to fetch from a supplier, then claims that they can only deliver to their central depot for pick up by the customer and that they cannot deliver to the customer unless the customer pays an additional fees. Although the manifesto instructions clearly state the address to deliver to, Courier Guy lays the blame on the supplier, citing the supplier should have told the customer an extra charge would be made to actually deliver to them.
