Non delivery and bad service PUDO

I am so embarrassed with the service from Pudo. I have never had a problem with them before but unfortunately there is always a first. Had a parcel sent to a client in Ferndale and upon her collection there was a problem with the locker and it did not except the pin no... after many attempts it failed.

Contacted the whatsapp line which was extremely slow on response and that did not help either.

Manage to get hold of Peter and was notified that they would deliver to the client directly on Friday... this has not been done and no communication from Him or anyone to say what the problem was.

Now the client is asking where is her delivery????
